I would love to create a bespoke piece specifically for your requirement!

To start the process just send me a message via my contact page, providing as much information as possible and please include any references to other artworks on my website that you particularly like.

When I have reviewed your request, I will respond within 24 hours to let you know if I can create the work. Once we have agreed on size of the canvas, the number of people in the picture, shipping and delivery time I will put together a quote.

When you are happy with the quote I will issue an invoice of which 50% is due in advance and is non-refundable, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. I will also include any other relevant information.

I will stay in touch with you throughout the development of the artwork to discuss progress and check that the commission is going 100% to plan.

Unfortunately, I am unable to offer refunds/returns for private commissions due to the bespoke process. Thank you for understanding this.

Graphic recording

To start the process send me a message via my contact page, providing as much detail as possible.

At this moment in time my preferred method of work on a graphic recording is as follows:

Before the event

🟥 Before the event we will have a planning meeting online or via telephone to agree date, times, requirements and format of the drawing

🟥 I will draft a Memorandum of Understanding to be agreed before the event

🟥 When agreed I will send an invoice for 50% of the quoted price. Payment of this first invoice will secure the date in my calendar.

During the event

🟥 I work online or on site and attend your event

🟥 I work solely digitally at this time. This means on my iPad.

🟥 During the event I can be available for support of any workshops or breakouts in which participants discuss specific issues

🟥 During the event I will take notes, draw sketches and consider the atmosphere of the meeting

After the event

🟥 After the event I will take photographs of any output that has been produced during the event or in breakouts

🟥 I will produce one (or multiple) drawings to agreed specifications in the agreed timeframe

🟥 The client will receive the drawing in a printable pdf and jpg format

🟥 After sign-off payment of the remainder will take place.
